You will speak with our internal customer support staff, field service representatives and engineers based on your problem.
Enterprise and Government Customers
We offer standard and after hours support for our enterprise and government customers. A field service representative and remote customer support representative is assigned to your account. Guaranteed response times are within 2 hours of the report of an incident. We also provide email and web based support.
Our enterprise support and maintenance contract provides for unlimited phone and email support, two on-site visits a year, after hours access to your field service representative, product maintenance releases and free product upgrades and new features for one set annual fee.
Consumers and Small Business Customers
We offer remote phone and email technical support from 8:00am to 6:00pm Mountain Standard Time. We also provide web based support.
Professional Services
We also offer custom engineering, data conversion, integration, auditing and reporting services based on a time and materials basis.
