OEM Partner
A partner that bundles ENCRYPTX security products to create a combined hardware solution or software solution that is sold to end users, distributors and resellers.   The OEM either rebrands or co-brands the resulting product as its own product to the end user.  OEM partners and ENCRYPTX jointly provide technical support to the end user. 

Distributor
A partner that distributes and sells ENCRYPTX branded security products to other channel partners including Value Added Resellers and System Integrators.

Value Added Reseller
A partner that markets and sells ENCRYPTX branded security products to its end user customers. 

Technology Partner
A company that ENCRYPTX partners with to improve the functionality and or compatibility of our security products with that company’s technology products.

System Integrator
A partner that offers ENCRYPTX security products as a value added part of an overall solution sold to an end user or other channel partners.  The ENCRYPTX product bundled with the solution remains branded to ENCRYPTX and ENCRYPTX is responsible for all technical support.

Business Partner
A partner that ENCRYPTX has a business or marketing relationship with.
